Falconer Kluri is still a very good unit! She's been nerfed before, but her kit as-is is still extremely strong, especially once you get her Skill Tree fully enhanced. It's very possible for her to lock down a unit with her s3, even with the nerf. Her s1 increases her own Combat Readiness, and with her Skill Tree maxed she'll also increase the CR of a random ally, too.
Since her S3 doesn't attack, it doesn't have to worry about landing or missing the attack due to elemental advantage. All she would have to worry about is the Accuracy/Resistance check; even then, with her s3 soulburned, she won't have to do that either. Falconcer Fluri can absolutely lock an enemy unit of your choice down and leave them vulnerable. She's at her best in PVP, though she does have her spots in PvE.
Build Notes
There are two ways to build Falconer Kluri: theFast Tank build and theCounterbuild. With the Fast Tank build, you build her Speed/Hit (though you can also substitute Hit for Immunity if you have the good gear). A good Fast Tank build in the late-game looks to be something like:
- 280+ Speed
- 18,000+ HP
- 1,300+ Defense
- As much Effectiveness as possible (100%+ recommended)
Effect Resistance can be a little extra stat that you can dump into her once you get all four other stats to your satisfaction, but you shouldn't sacrifice any other stats for her Resistance.
ACounter Build requires even higher gear requirement than Fast Tank, since Counter gear doesn't add any extra stats by itself. The Counter Buildmust be paired with Elbris Ritual Sword, for maximum Combat Readiness pushing. A late-game Counter Build looks along the lines of:
- 200+ Speed
- 18,000 HP
- 1,500 DEF
- 100%+ Effectiveness
RECOMMENDED ARTIFACTS
Taking Allies' Damage
With regen every round, she is the perfect bearer of this artifact to reduce ally damage taken. One of her best artifacts, really.
Less CRIT Damage
Adamant Shield is similar to Aurius, in that it decreases the damage that her allies take. This time, though, it decreases the Crit Damage that Falconer Kluri's allies receive.
More Turns (Counter Build)
Elbris Ritual Sword is one of her best artifacts to use with the Counter Build, since it'll be activating her self-Combat Readiness Push. It can really end up coming in clutch in PVP.
Random Buffs
Surprisingly, Kluri is pretty good on JfA. Once it's been enhanced to +30, she'll be guaranteed to get a buff; this one is mainly used for its Immunity or Speed buffs, though.

FALCONER KLURI'S SKILL ENHANCEMENTS
For optimal investment, S3 +3 for the 100% effect chance is vital. Afterwards, you'll want to skill up her S2, so she can have 10% base healing (not even counting the heals she'll get from her skill tree). Then, go for her S1 for the extra Combat Readiness.

HERO BACKGROUND
Kluri started raising a falcon in hope of reducing her workload. Although it ended up doing the exact opposite, she's carried on raising it for fun. Perhaps it learned from its master, because it will never do anything too difficult unless Kluri orders it to.
